In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To register and use the ari69 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ari69 does not permit access to persons under 21, regardless of the minimum legal age applicable in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be the legal holder of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ari69 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment providers.
• You must not previously have been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the ari69 Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ari69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the ari69 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

ari69 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been carried out by you, whether or not you personally authorised it.

ari69 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during your use of the Platform at ari69's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — clearly showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the past 90 days, showing your name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits or withdrawal requests (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, ari69 may request documentation to verify the legitimate source of funds used on the Platform.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. ari69 shall not be liable for any delays in payment processing resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share KYC data with third parties except as required by our licensing obligations or applicable law.

ari69 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following verified channels: Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction for bank transfers, and Rp 20.000 per transaction for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual banking channels may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ari69 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching your registered account name may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment channel. ari69 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

ari69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits or unusual deposit patterns, which may result in a temporary hold on the Account pending review.

Withdrawals may be requested to any bank account or e-wallet registered in your name, using the same payment methods accepted for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request for bank transfers, and Rp 50.000 for e-wallet withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements on your Account balance have been met. ari69 targets same-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel, the size of the transaction, and any pending verification steps.

ari69 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times by channel are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, Mandiri: Typically under 5 minutes during automated processing hours.
• BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP: Typically 15 – 60 minutes.
• Bank Danamon and other local banks: Up to 3 hours during business hours.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Near-instant to 30 minutes.

Processing times stated above are targets, not contractual guarantees. Delays caused by banking system maintenance, public holidays, or force majeure events are outside ari69's control. ari69 will not pay interest or compensation for processing delays beyond its control.

ari69 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ari69 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied to any account other than the one to which they were credited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in individual promotion terms.
• ari69 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through the use of unfair advantage strategies.
• No individual may claim a welcome bonus more than once. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• ari69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Cashback bonuses, reload bonuses, and VIP tier rewards are credited in accordance with the terms of the relevant programme. VIP tier qualification is assessed on verified turnover figures and is subject to ari69's internal review process.

All bets placed on the ari69 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the Platform interface and may be updated from time to time.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ari69 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except in circumstances where ari69's own technical error caused an incorrect bet to be processed.
• ari69 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one leg is void, the remaining legs continue and the accumulator odds are recalculated excluding the void selection.
• For togel (numbers lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw results published by the relevant licensed lottery operator for each market (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). ari69 does not control or influence draw results.
• In the event of a disputed result, ari69's decision — made after review of all available evidence — shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event, or account tier. ari69 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account at its discretion.

For live in-play betting, ari69 uses real-time data feeds. ari69 accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed or incorrect data resulting from the User's internet connection or device performance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ari69 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms, game outcomes, or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds via payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of ari69's support or operational staff.
• Attempting to access ari69's systems, databases, or networks without authorisation, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or exploits.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account credentials to any third party.

ari69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure in specific jurisdictions.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, ari69 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part, at ari69's reasonable discretion.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ari69's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ari69 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failure, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, data, or odds published on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to third-party data feed errors.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ari69's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ari69 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of real-time data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

ari69 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to ari69's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

All data transmitted to and from the Platform is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. ari69 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law, our licensing obligations, or as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Certain data may be retained for a minimum period to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations, even after Account closure.

ari69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to members seriously. We provide a comprehensive set of self-management tools accessible from every Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps in IDR)
• Loss limits (maximum net loss per day, week, or month)
• Session time limits (automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play)
• Reality-check reminders (periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net position)
• Temporary time-outs (account pause of 24 hours to 90 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion (irreversible account closure for a minimum of 12 months or permanently)

ari69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to the effective date of a change will be processed under the Terms in effect at the time of the request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ari69 holds its operating licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ari69 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in ari69's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ari69 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent irreparable harm, or enforce a prior arbitral award.
